Surron unveiled its new Hyper Bee electric motorcycle at the 2024 Red Bull Tennessee Knockout Hard Enduro (TKO) race. TKO is an ideal launch venue as it features the ECR eMoto electric motorcycle class as part of the AMA Grand Prix, with Surron being the most popular brand among racers. This is the first public appearance of the new motorcycle.

The target customers of Hyper Bee are young riders, teenagers, and adults interested in off-road motorcycles. Although the detailed specifications are limited at the time of release, the main features include:

12 inch front wheels and 10 inch rear wheels (matched with popular children's bicycles such as Kawasaki KLX110 and Honda CRF110F)

Mid mounted drive motor

Aluminum frame and rocker arm

Inverted fork

Quick release and easy battery replacement

Hyper Bee motors, controllers, and batteries adopt the latest technology

The suggested retail price has not yet been announced. However, according to other Surron models, people have high expectations for its excellent performance and lighter weight compared to similar gasoline powered bicycles.
